A guide to overcoming chronic fatigue, poor sleep, soreness, traveling muscle pain, trigger point pain, brain haziness, increased thirst, bowel disorders, exhaustion and recurrent infections.

Treatment protocol for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia: Nutritional Treatments, Diet, Sleeping Aids, Hormonal Treatments, Anti-fungal, Anti-parasitic, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, Exercise, Essential Oils, and Personal Coaching.

Doing the OBVIOUS first! Feel better in seven to eight weeks.
It never ceases to amaze me how we as individuals are always looking for the silver bullet, the fast fix, instant gratification, and in doing so overlook the obvious.

Our bodies are phenomenal, intricate, complex, instruments for which only GOD has the blueprints. We know some of the basics and are learning more each year, concerning the functions of body parts, and how we are put together. One obvious, glaring fact, is that we cannot continue to abuse, and over use the body and expect it to function at a premium, 100% level all of the time.

The key to eliminating chronic fatigue is to treat all of the underlying problems simultaneously. Most sufferers of chronic exhaustion have a mix of five or six underlying problems.

Certainly, we still have much more to learn in treating CFS and Fibromyalgia but many are obtaining significant relief. As new information surfaces, more and more people will hopefully join the ranks of those who find their illness resolved with the proper treatment.

What Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia is like!

Overwhelming fatigue: most people with CFS or Fibromyalgia are fatigued most or all of the time. Sometimes short periods of feeling good, which leads to overdoing and then crashing. Most individuals wake up tired, exercise often makes things worse.

Frequent infections: Many patients have recurrent sinus, respiratory infections, sore throats, swollen glands, bladder infections, or vaginal, bowel, or skin yeast infections. (rashes will generally disappear when they have their bowel fungal overgrowth treated.) Many will have abdominal gas, cramps, and bloating along with diarrhea and constipation. These digestive complaints are attributed to spastic colon and are often triggered by bowel yeast or parasitic infections. Poor food absorbtion and food sensitivities may also play significant roles in the onset of bowel symptoms.

Brain Haziness: Patients often suffer from poor memory and occasionally form confusion. Their minds may seem foggy.

Achiness: Achiness in both muscles and joints is very common. This can include very tender spots, as well as traveling pain or pain that seems to move to different areas of the body.

Increased thirst: People with CFS normally have a increased urine output and, therefore, increased thirst. This may very well be caused by hormonal imbalances.

Allergies:
Patients may have a history of being sensitive to many foods and medications. These sensitivities usually improve when the adrenal insufficiency and yeast or parasitic overgrowth are treated.

Anxiety and depression: It is not uncommon for individuals to have marked anxiety with palpitations, sweating, and other signs of panic. The CFS / Fibromyalgia, combined with nutritional deficiencies, aggravates the tendency to anxiety and depression. These symptoms, often improve with treatment.

Many pieces of the puzzle are still missing, however, for the majority of people with CFS or Fibromyalgia, effective treatment is now available. CFS / Fibromyalgia have a mixture of underlying causes. Each problem can trigger other problems. Hormonal problems can trigger
disordered immunity, which can trigger bowel yeast, parasitic, and other infections, which can trigger Fibromyalgia, which can further worsen hormonal problems. A downward spiral so to speak. Break the mold, change will be necessary, start the process, begin your upward spiral today. Join us on the path to health.

THE PATH - "DO OBVIOUS THINGS FIRST"

It never ceases to amaze me, how, a few changes in the nutritional arena, can have a profound effect on the overall health and well being of all individuals. Jack Lalaine said; "exercise is king, nutrition is queen, together we can build a kingdom." I understand that we cannot jump from where we are to where we would like to be over night. Let go of the instant gratification mentality.

Paul J. Meyer said; "small changes, practiced everyday, compounded over time, will have a tremendous effect on our lives." He calls this This might be called the Slight Edge Philosophy.

We know that exercise is not the place to start. However, we can start getting the body ready to exercise by giving it more energy to work with.

Over the years, we have subjected the body to many
toxins, (unintentionally), foods and dyes, artificial ingredients, etc.. It was once said that we are what we eat. In today's world the saying has changed to: We are what we assimilate. (what we can absorb).

Cleansing is the foundation of all Cures
1. Getting rid of the Mucodal Plaque that has built up over the years. A very simple Herbal Tea taken over a seven day period.
2. Cleansing the Liver, a thirty day process of 3 tablets a day.
3. Cleansing the blood, another herbal tea remedy.

During this time we will ask that you clean up your diet a little. Cutting down on your sugar, (sugar nurtures the growth of yeast in the body) caffeine, (caffeine takes away more energy that it gives) and alcohol (alcohol has empty calories - lots of sugar) intakes. Substituting whole grains for white flower, and adding a good multivitamin, mineral supplement, and fiber to
your daily regimens.

1. Orachel Plus (a full spectrum multivitamin)
2. Maximol Solutions (a liquid micro-colloidal mineral solution)
3. Feeling Good (a fiber based soluble and insoluble combination)
4. Osteo Solutions (a calcium, magnesium, with Vitamin C and D)

As the cleanse evolves we will bring in a supplement to increase the good bacteria in the bowel (Acidophilus and sporogenes) (FloraZymes).

We will also incorporate another product which helps in the digestion of the foods we eat, this product contains 13 digestive enzymes supporting normal digestion of carbohydrates, fats, and protein. (D-Zyme)

At the end of the bowel cleanse we will introduce a broad spectrum anti-parasite supplement (Purge) A two month process, 25 day on - 5 days off - and back for 25 more days.

Along with a Liver cleansing product called (Protectiver) which encourages normal bile production as well as a healthy liver function. A thirty day process.

At the end of the liver cleanse we will introduce (Cassie-Tea Herbal capsules) These capsules will assist in maintaining liver and intestinal health, but will also assist in purifying the circulatory system.

Massage
Muscle tension and pain relief, circulatory enhancement, immune system booster, on a personal level it assists in letting a person get to know themselves (emotional release assistance).

Massage has a great many attributes when combating CFS or Fibromyalgia. A person really needs to find out what works for them. It is normally recommended that we start with a relaxing Circulatory or Swedish massage. This type of massage can enhance the circulatory system, allow the adrenal gland to recuperate, assist the immune system by moving the lymph in the lymphatic system. This type of massage does not normally
aggravate the symptoms and does allow an individual to relax, it does not generally alleviate the muscle problems associated with
Fibromyalgia.

The second stage is to introduce a combination massage that incorporates some of the circulatory moves with specific palpation of the trigger points. Only applying enough pressure to allow the individual to do what is called Neuro-muscular re-education. This type of massage typically does not aggravate the symptoms but can if done too aggressively.

It is during the Combination massage (called Moving Palpation's) that we will introduce breathing techniques that not only enhance the massage process but allow the individual to take something home with them, to use when they become anxious, feel driven, or depressed.

It is when we combine Moving Palpation's with breathing techniques that we start addressing the inner levels of feelings and emotions. It is at this time that we can introduce Personal Coaching to assist in the changes of attitude required to move beyond CFS and Fibromyalgia.

There is an old saying out there that states:
If we continue to do the same things we have always done, we will
continue to get the same results we have always gotten.
